Hello and welcome. My name is Cory and I call myself writer. I started writing a couple years back and fell in love with it. I figured I would share my work with those who were willing to listen. I feel as though arts like poetry and music connect us all despite our differences. The idea of someone far away digging on the same thing as me is a pleasant one. I hope to inspire someone someday, or everyday if I can manage it.

This blog will consist of a collection of thoughts, words, ideas and what not that arrived at varying moments, but passed through the same channels at one point or another. Of course, I’m certain that I’ll revise and re-revise the pieces I post, so feedback and suggestions are always appreciated.

I have lived for few years now;
long enough to learn to speak and walk upright
with relative ease.
Maybe that’s as much as anyone can hope for.

I have seen for a few years now;
things that make me feel anything at all,
kicking up the dust within me,
reluctant to ever fully settle.

I have travelled for a few years now;
and it is no secret that I have a long way to go
yet. With that in mind, these are some of my findings
